- All applicable payments must be made prior to availing Groshree services
- Session bookings will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received
4. Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund
Groshree ensures a transparent and flexible cancellation and refund policy to
maintain user satisfaction.
5. User Flexibility
- Reschedule the session
- Cancel the session
- Claim a refund on the cancelled session (where applicable)
6. Session Reschedule
Any request for rescheduling must be made at least
24 hours before the scheduled session and is subject to
counselor availability.
7. Session Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation by the User:
If a session is cancelled by the user, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Groshree Expert:
If a session is cancelled by the Groshree expert, the user will receive
an email notification regarding the cancellation.

Session Delayed / Technical Issues:
If a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical issues from
Groshree’s end, the user may write to
info@groshree.com.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed within
15 business days.

By booking any therapy session or service on Groshree, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund &
