Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, cancellations,
rescheduling, and refunds made through the Groshree platform.
1. Payments
- All payments must be completed before availing Groshree services
- Session bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
- Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically
2. Session Booking
Groshree allows users to book services or sessions subject to availability.
Confirmation depends on payment verification.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Groshree provides a transparent and fair policy to balance user satisfaction
and service provider commitments.
3.1 User Options
- Reschedule a session
- Cancel a session
- Request a refund where applicable
4. Session Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before
the scheduled session and are subject to availability.
5. Session Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation by User:
No refund will be provided if the user cancels the session.

Cancellation by Groshree Expert:
Users will be notified and may receive a refund or reschedule option.

Technical Issues:
If a session cannot be completed due to technical reasons from
Groshree’s side, users may request a refund by emailing
info@groshree.com.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may vary
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a session without prior cancellation or rescheduling
will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
8. Policy Updates
Groshree reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at
any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
